石化社区家庭医生制服务实践与体会

摘要

自2011年开始，石化社区卫生服务中心作为金山区家庭医生制服务的试点单位，积极推进金山特色的家庭医生制服务模式。经过3年实践，取得初步成效，但家庭医生紧缺、服务能力受限、缺乏有效的配套激励政策等问题亟须解决。%Objective:Since 2011,Shihua community health service center as a pilot unit of family doctor system services in Jinshan district promoted the family doctor system services mode with Jinshan characteristic.After three years of practice,initial results were achieved,but the problems such as the shortage of family doctors,limited service ability,lack of effective incentive policy form should be solved.
