酒石酸美托洛尔对心率过速的影响

摘要

目的：探讨酒石酸美托洛尔对窦性心动过速的影响。方法：297例窦性心动过速复检前2～3 h内口服酒石酸美托洛尔25 mg，对心率进行复查。结果：287例恢复正常心率，9例异常窦性心动过速。结论：酒石酸美托洛尔有利于排除器质性心脏病所致的窦性心动过速。%Objective:To explore the influence of metoprolol tartrate on nodal tachycardia.Methods:Before re-inspection 2~3 hours,297 cases of nodal tachycardia were given oral metoprolol tartrate 25 mg.The heart rate was reviewed.Results:287 cases recovered to the normal heart rate.9 cases were abnormal nodal tachycardia.Conclusion:Metoprolol tartrate is conducive to exclude the nodal tachycardia caused by organic heart disease.
