肝门部胆管癌的外科诊断临床探讨

摘要

目的：探讨肝门部胆管癌的外科诊断方法与临床症状。方法：收治肝门部胆管癌患者60例，对其实施外科诊断与临床分析。采用先进的肝胆病理学理论结合现代临床医学检验方法，对肝门部胆管癌的外科诊断准确率进行检验。结果：通过采用现代医学检验理论，并且有效地结合临床医学检验仪器，极大地提升了肝门部胆管癌的外科诊断准确率。结论：相关的专家和学者必须要充分地重视肝门部胆管癌外科诊断技术，强化对肝门部胆管癌诊断方法的研究，并且加强分析临床症状的工作。%Objective:To explore the surgical diagnosis and clinical analysis of hilar cholangiocarcinoma.Methods:60 patients with hilar cholangiocarcinoma were selected.They were implemented surgical diagnosis and clinical analysis.Using advanced liver and gall pathology theory combined with modern clinical medical test method,the surgical diagnosis accuracy rate of hilar cholangiocarcinoma was tested.Results:Through using modern medical test method and effectively combined with the clinical medical test instruments can greatly improve the surgical diagnosis accuracy rate of hilar cholangiocarcinoma.Conclusion:Relevant experts and scholars must be sufficient attention of hilar cholangiocarcinoma surgical diagnosis technology,strengthen research on the diagnosis method of hilar cholangiocarcinoma,and strengthen the work of clinical symptoms analysis.
