肝胆外科损伤控制性手术应用效果分析

摘要

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of damage control operation in department of hepatobiliary surgery.Methods:100 patients with trauma in department of hepatobiliary surgery were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine operation treatment.The observation group was given damage control operation treatment.After operation,the death cases and complications of patients in two groups were observed.Results:The case fatality rate and complication incidence rate of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The damage control operation in department of hepatobiliary surgery can effectively reduce the mortality rate of patients,and reduce the postoperative complications.%目的：对肝胆外科损伤控制性手术的临床效果进行分析。方法：收治肝胆外科创伤患者100例，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组给予常规手术治疗，观察组给予损伤控制性手术治疗。手术后，对两组患者的死亡病例、并发症情况进行观察。结果：观察组病死率、并发症发生率均明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：肝胆外科损伤控制性手术能够有效地降低患者的死亡率，减少手术后并发症。
