观察脑脊液分流术在原发性颅内肿瘤患者治疗中的临床效果

摘要

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of cerebrospinal fluid shunt in the treatment of primary intracranial tumor. Methods:87 cases of patients with primary intracranial tumor treated were divided into two groups in accordance with the treatment.The control group were given conventional surgical treatment,and the observation group were given the cerebrospinal fluid shunt.The therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 84.4%,which was higher than that of the control group 47.6%(P<0.05).The 2-year recurrence rate of the observation group 8.9%and the 5-year survival rate was 68.9%,which were better than that of the control group 28.6% and 50.0%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cerebrospinal fluid shunt in the treatment of primary intracranial tumor had obvious therapeutic effect,which could reduce the recurrence rate and prolong survival time.%目的：探讨脑脊液分流术治疗原发性颅内肿瘤的疗效。方法：收治原发性颅内肿瘤患者87例，按照治疗方法分为两组。对照组给予常规手术治疗，观察组采用脑脊液分流术，对比两组治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗总有效率84.4%，高于对照组的47.6%(P＜0.05)。观察组2年复发率8.9%、5年生存率68.9%，优于对照组的28.6%与50.0%(P＜0.05)。结论：脑脊液分流术治疗原发性颅内肿瘤的疗效明显，可降低复发率，延长患者生存时间。
