前瞻性护理在急性心肌梗死患者预防便秘中的应用效果分析

摘要

Objective:To analyze the application effect of prospective nursing in the prevention of constipation in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:82 AMI patients were selected.The patients were divided into two group with 41 cases in each according to different nursing program.The control group was given conventional nursing.The research group was given prospective nursing.The defecation condition,life quality and prognosis of patients in two groups were analyzed.Results:The constipation incidence rate and the defecatory symptoms incidence rate of the research group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the SF-36 indicators score of the research group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the complications incidence rate and the mortality rate were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of prospective nursing in AMI patients can reduce the constipation incidence rate,and reduce the serious complications caused by constipation,and promote raising the life quality of patients.%目的：分析前瞻性护理在急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者预防便秘中的应用效果。方法：收治AMI患者82例，按不同护理方案分为两组，各41例。对照组给予常规护理，研究组给予前瞻性护理，分析两组患者排便情况、生活质量与预后。结果：研究组便秘发生率与各项排便症状发生率均低于对照组(P＜0.05)。护理后研究组SF-36各项指标评分均明显高于对照组，且其各项并发症发生率和病死率低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：AMI患者应用前瞻性护理可减少便秘发生率，进而减少便秘所致严重并发症，并促进患者生活质量的提高。
