一犬伤多人18起48例狂犬病暴露综合处置分析

摘要

目的：分析一犬伤多人狂犬病暴露人群流行病学特征及暴露综合处置。方法：18起48例一犬伤多人狂犬病暴露人群个案调查表资料、处理登记表资料及犬管理情况进行统计分析。结果：48例狂犬病暴露人群均为犬咬伤；暴露部位以下肢为主(79.17%)；时间分布为3、5月份为主(72.22%)；年龄以＞15岁人群为主(60.42%)；肇事犬带毒率87.5%。结论：暴露人群均为犬伤，有明显的季节性和高发暴露部位；以＞15岁人群为主；肇事犬带毒率高。提高犬的免疫水平，暴露人群即时规范全程的免疫接种等综合处置是预防控制人狂犬病发病的有效措施。%Objective:To analyze the epidemiologic feature and exposure comprehensive disposition of rabies exposure population of a dog hurting many people.Methods:The case questionnaire data, processing form data of 18 cases of rabies exposure population of a dog hurting many people with 48 cases and dog management condition were given statistical analysis.Results:48 cases of rabies exposure population were dog bite,and the exposed part was given priority to with lower limbs(79.17%).The time distribution was given priority to with March,May(72.22% ).The age was given priority to with more than 15 years old people(60.42% ).The virus carried rate of making trouble dog was 87.5% .Conclusion:The exposure population is dog bite.It has obvious seasonal and high exposed parts,and it is given priority to with more than 15 years old people.The virus carried rate of making trouble dog is high. Improving the immune level of dog and the instant specifications complete immunization of exposure population are the effective measures for the prevention and control of human rabies incidence.
