利拉鲁肽对2型糖尿病患者心血管的保护作用分析

摘要

Objective:To explore the protective effect of liraglutide on cardiovascular in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods:60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected.They were treated by metformin plus liraglutide.Before treatment and 24 weeks after medication,fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 hours blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,carotid artery intima-media thickness were measured.Results:Compared with before treatment, at 24 weeks after treatment,fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 hours blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,systolic blood pressure, carotid artery intima-media thickness were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion:Liraglutide can steadily reduce blood sugar.It can protect the cardiac safety through the anti-hypertension,anti-inflammatory mechanism.%目的：探讨利拉鲁肽对2型糖尿病患者心血管的保护效果。方法：收治2型糖尿病患者60例，接受二甲双胍+利拉鲁肽治疗，测定患者服药前、服药24周后的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h 血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压、颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)。结果：相比于治疗前，治疗24周后患者的FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c、SBP、IMT中层厚度均显著降低(P＜0.05)。结论：利拉鲁肽可以平稳地降低血糖，还能通过降压、抗炎等机制保护患者的心脏安全。
