中药熏洗及手法治疗对儿童肱骨髁上骨折术后肘关节功能恢复的临床疗效分析

摘要

目的:探讨中药熏洗及手法治疗对儿童肱骨髁上骨折术后肘关节功能恢复的临床疗效,为儿童肱骨髁上骨折术后肘关节功能恢复提供参考.方法:2010年2月-2014年11月收治肱骨髁上骨折患者60例,随机平均分为对照组与观察组,各 30 例,对患者肱骨髁上骨折术后进行中药熏洗及手法治疗,对肘关节功能恢复情况进行回顾分析.结果:经过治疗及功能训练后,观察组:优 20 例,良 8 例,差 2 例,优良率 93.3%;对照组:优 11 例,良 5 例,差 14例,优良率 53.3%.观察组治疗效果优于对照组.结论:应用中药熏洗及手法治疗对儿童肱骨髁上骨折术后进行治疗,术后肘关节功能恢复的效果显著,值得推广.%Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of herbal fumigation and manual therapy for children humerus fracture surgery on the elbow functional recovery,to provide a reference for children humerus fracture surgery on the elbow functional recovery. Methods:60 patients with humerus fracture were selected from February 2010 to November 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each.The patient's humerus fracture surgery performed on herbal fumigation and manual therapy,the elbow functional recovery were analyzed retrospectively.Results:After treatment and functional training, the observation group:excellent in 20 cases,good in 8 cases,poor in 2 cases,the excellent and good rate was 93.3%.The control group:excellent in 11,good in 5 cases,poor in 14 cases,the excellent and good rate was 53.3%.The effect of the observation group is better than the control group.Conclusion:The clinical effect of herbal fumigation and manual therapy for children humerus fracture surgery on the elbow functional recovery is outstanding.It is worth promoting.
