西格列汀对2型糖尿病患者的治疗作用评估

摘要

目的：探讨西格列汀对2型糖尿病患者的治疗作用。方法：2011年3月-2014年3月收治2型糖尿病患者100例，随机分为A组与B组，各50例，A组给予胰岛素治疗，B组在A组的基础上加用西格列汀治疗，观察比较两组患者治疗前后体重指数、餐后2 h血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素分泌指数以及空腹血糖水平。结果：经治疗，两组患者空腹血糖、体重指数、餐后2 h血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白以及胰岛素分泌指数均有所改善，其中B组改善情况明显优于A组，且胰岛素用量明显减少，差异明显有统计学意义，即P＜0.05。结论：在2型糖尿病患者临床治疗中采用西格列汀治疗，可有效改善患者胰岛β细胞功能以及控制血糖，在临床中具有应用价值和推广价值。%Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of sitagliptin use in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected from March 2011 to March 2014.They were randomly divided into the A group and the B group with 50 cases in each.Patients in the A group received insulin treatment,while patients in the B group A group were taken sitagliptin therapy combined with insulin treatment,then we compared some indexs of patients before and after treatment between the two groups,including body mass index,postprandial 2 h blood glucose levels,glycosylated hemoglobin,insulin secretion index and fasting blood glucose level.Results:After the treatment,body mass index,postprandial 2 h blood glucose levels,glycosylated hemoglobin,insulin secretion index and fasting blood glucose level of patients in two groups were improved,but the situation of the B group improved better than the A group,and the dosage of insulin was significantly reduced in the B group,the differences was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:Sitagliptin use in patients with type 2 diabetes can improve the function of pancreatic islet beta cell and the control on blood glucose effectively,so it has application value in clinical and worthy of popularization.
