氨氯地平联合氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪治疗老年难治性高血压的临床效果观察

摘要

Objective:To explore the treatment effect of amlodipine combined with losartan potassium hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of elderly refractory hypertension.Methods:124 elderly patients with refractory hypertension were selected from February 2012 to February 2013.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 62 cases in each.The control group was treated with amlodipine treatment,and the observation group was treated with amlodipine combined with losartan potassium hydrochlorothiazide treatment.The treatment effects of two groups were compared.Results:The heart rates and SBP after treatment of two groups were significantly improved.The improvement situation of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Amlodipine combined with losartan potassium hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of elderly refractory hypertension can better play the role of decompression,and the treatment effect is significant,so it is very worthy of promotion and use in clinical.%目的：探讨氨氯地平联合氯沙坦钾氢氯嗪噻治疗老年难治性高血压的治疗效果。方法：2012年2月-2013年2月收治老年难治性高血压患者124例，随机将其分成对照组和观察组，各62例，即对照组采用氨氯地平治疗，观察组采用氨氯地平联合氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果：两组患者治疗后心率和SBP均明显得到改善，观察组的改善情况明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：氨氯地平联合氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪治疗难治性老年高血压能更好地起到降压的作用，治疗效果非常显著，因此非常值得在临床上推广使用。
