目的：了解马坊镇农村地区阿司匹林药物在预防心脑血管疾病中的使用情况，为进一步规范阿司匹林的临床应用提供依据。方法：对参加慢病规范化管理和门诊就诊的1000例目标人群进行问卷调查。结果：收集调查表1000例，合格调查表978例，合格率97.8%。男性、女性阿司匹林服用率分别为59.3%、64.7%。高血压、糖尿病、高血压合并糖尿病、冠心病、脑卒中患者阿司匹林服用率分别为63.8%、49.3%、74.6%、79.6%、86.2%。未服用阿司匹林药物原因中，45.07%患者认为不用服药，25.07%不知道需要服用，22.54%担心不良反应。结论：冠心病、脑卒中患者阿司匹林服用率相对较高，糖尿病患者阿司匹林服用率远远不足，应加强对社区全科医生规范培训及患者的宣传教育，使阿司匹林在慢病患者健康管理中广泛应用。%Objective:To understand the use condition of aspirin drugs in preventing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in Mafang town rural area,to provide evidence for further standardize the clinical application of aspirin.Methods:1 000 cases of target population with participating in chronic disease standardization management and outpatient were given questionnaire survey.Results:1 000 cases of questionnaires were collected.978 cases were qualified questionnaires,and the qualified rate was 97.8%.The aspirin taking rates of male and female were respectively 59.3% and 64.7%.The aspirin taking rates of patients with hypertension,diabetes,hypertension combined with diabetes,coronary heart disease,stroke were respectively 63.8%,49.3%,74.6%, 79.6%,86.2%.In the reasons of not taking aspirin,45.07% patients thought that they don't take medicine,25.07% patients did not know the need to take,22.54% patients worried the adverse reaction.Conclusion:The aspirin taking rates of patients with coronary heart disease and stroke are relatively high.The aspirin taking rate of patients with diabetes is far from enough.We should strengthen the standard training of community general practitioners and the propaganda education of patients to make that aspirin is widely used in health management of patient with chronic disease.
