目的:探讨高压氧治疗对脑外伤后患者认知功能障碍的影响.方法:2013年3月-2014年3月收治脑外伤后患者60例,依照住院号尾号的奇偶分为治疗组和对照组,各30例,治疗组采用高压氧进行治疗,对照组采用普通吸氧治疗,对比分析其对两组脑外伤后患者认知功能障碍的影响.结果:治疗组总有效率100%,对照组总有效率91.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:高压氧治疗对脑外伤后患者认知功能障碍的影响及预后好,值得临床应用推广.%Objective:To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on patients with cognitive dysfunction after traumatic brain injury.Methods:60 patients after traumatic brain injury were selected from March 2014 to March 2013.They were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the parity of hospitalized tail number,each group had 30 cases.Patients in the treatment group were given hyperbaric oxygen treatment,while patients in the control group taken normal oxygen treatment, then we compared the effects on cognitive dysfunction after traumatic brain injury of patients in two groups.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 100%,and the control group was 91.4%.The difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is good for cognitive impairment in patients after traumatic brain injury,and benefit for their prognosis,so it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
