Objective:To discuss the clinical features of neonatal toxic erythema.Methods:The normal neonates born in obstetrics were selected from March 2011 to January 2012,using questionnaire combining with clinical observation method,observing neonates from birth to discharge (about 3~5 d),recording of all skin changes objects and associated symptoms.Results:Most children with erythema toxic newborn rash occurs after the first birth 1~2 d.The first rash mostly erythema,rash site mainly in the first three parts,respectively were the face,trunk,thigh,most neonatal erythema toxicum erythema development order of head→trunk→limbs,the most common rash as the macula,followed by pustules,severe cases appearing eyelid edema,auricle edema,with ETN lesion size ranged from 3% to 90%,on neonatal erythema toxicum erythema severity score,the majority of children with ETN for mild rash.The moderate and severe neonatal erythema toxicum children will have caught rub skin,easy to cry,restless sleep symptoms.Conclusion:The investigation further improve of the clinical features of neonatal toxic erythema rash,some have not been reported before:Some children are born with neonatal erythema toxicum rash,severe cases may be associated with edema of the eyelids and auricle edema,genital part of the skin is also visible ETN rash,providing a reference for health care workers and family members of children with understanding and prevention of the disease.%目的:探讨新生儿中毒性红斑患儿的临床特点.方法:2011 年 3 月-2012 年 2 月收集产科出生的正常新生儿,进行问卷调查及临床观察相结合的方法,观察新生儿从出生到出院(3~5 d),记录所有观察对象的皮肤变化情况及伴随症状.结果:大部分新生儿中毒性红斑患儿的首发皮疹发生在新生儿出生后1~2 d.首发皮疹大多为红斑,首发皮疹的部位主要见于3个部位,分别是颜面、大腿根部、躯干,大多数新生儿中毒性红斑患儿皮疹发展顺序为头面→躯干→四肢,最常见的皮疹为斑疹,其次为脓疱,严重的病例会出现眼睑水肿、耳郭水肿,患 ETN 时皮损面积3%~90%,对新生儿中毒性红斑患儿皮疹严重程度评分,大多数ETN患儿皮疹为轻度.中重度的新生儿中毒性红斑患儿会有抓蹭皮肤、易哭闹、睡眠不安的症状.结论:本次调查研究进一步完善了新生儿中毒性红斑皮疹的临床特征,一些为之前未见报道:部分患儿出生时就有新生儿中毒性红斑皮疹,严重病例可伴有眼睑水肿及耳郭水肿,生殖器部位皮肤亦可见ETN皮疹等,为医务工作者及患儿家属认识及预防该病提供参考.
