胸腰椎骨折内固定术后患者早期康复护理干预对康复的影响

摘要

目的：观察胸腰椎骨折内固定术后患者早期康复护理干预对康复的影响情况。方法：2013年3月-2014年3月收治行内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折患者98例，根据患者的护理方案分为两组，对照组49例予以常规护理，研究组49例在对照组基础上予以早期康复护理干预，分析两组患者护理后胸腰椎损伤评分及心理状态情况。结果：研究组护理后 TLICS 评分明显低于对照组，比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；研究组护理后 SAS、SDS 评分均明显低于对照组，比较差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：胸腰椎骨折内固定术后患者早期康复护理干预对康复的影响效果明显，有效改善患者的胸腰椎功能，缓解患者不良情绪，具有临床实际应用价值。%Objective:To observe the effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on rehabilitation of patients with thoracolumbar fracture after internal fixation.Methods:98 patients with thoracolumbar fracture treated by internal fixation were selected from March 2013 to March 2014.They were divided into two groups according to the nursing project.49 cases in the control group were given routine nursing care,and 49 cases of the study group were given early rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.We analyzed the thoracolumbar injury score and psychological state of the two groups of patients after nursing.Results:The TLICS score of patients after nursing in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05),and SAS,SDS scores of patients after nursing in the study group were significantly lower than the control group,the comparative differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on rehabilitation of patients with thoracolumbar fracture after internal fixation is obvious.It can effectively improve the thoracolumbar function,relieve the bad emotion of the patients,which has the practical value of clinical application.
