子宫腺肌瘤局部病灶切除术治疗子宫腺肌症的临床效果观察

摘要

目的：观察子宫腺肌瘤局部病灶切除术治疗子宫腺肌症的临床效果。方法：2010年4月-2014年4月收治子宫腺肌症患者126例，按照完全抽样法1：1分成对照组与比较组，每组63例，对照组应用开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗，比较组行腹腔镜下子宫腺肌瘤局灶切除术治疗，观察比较两组手术情况和术后6个月症状改善情况。结果：比较组手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间均少于对照组(P＜0.05)；术后6个月比较组各症状比例均小于对照组(P＜0.05)，且术后6个月两组症状均较术前显著改善(P＜0.05)。结论：腹腔镜下子宫腺肌瘤局灶切除术治疗子宫腺肌症，获得显著疗效，能有效改善患者症状，值得临床推广使用。%Objective:To observe the clinical effect of local resection for adenomyoma in the treatment of adenomyosis.Methods:126 patients with adenomyosis were selected from April 2010 to April 2014.They were divided into the control group and the comparison group according to the complete sampling method with 63 cases in each group.The patients in the control group used the abdominal myomectomy for treatment,while the comparison group underwent laparoscopic uterine adenomyoma focal resection. The situation of operation and the improvement of symptoms after operation for 6 months were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time of the comparison group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of each symptom in the comparison group were less than those of the control group after 6 months(P<0.05),and the symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved after 6 months of operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Local resection for adenomyoma in the treatment of adenomyosis under laparoscope obtain a significant effect.It can effectively improve the symptoms of patients.It is worthy of clinical use.
