心理护理干预对慢性乙型肝炎患者降酶治疗效果的影响分析

Objective:To research the effect of psychological nursing intervention on reducing enzyme treatment on patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods:62 patients with chronic hepatitis B were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 31 cases in each.We compared clinical nursing effect of two groups.Results:The observation group patients after nursing transaminase decreased to normal time and hospitalization time was better than the control group.The observation group of the self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score and the self rating Depression Scale(SDS)score were significantly better than the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the reducing enzyme treatment on patients with chronic hepatitis B,psychological nursing intervention has a good effect.%目的：研究心理护理干预对慢性乙型肝炎患者降酶治疗效果的影响。方法：收治慢性乙型肝炎患者62例，分为观察组和对照组，每组31例，对比两组患者临床护理效果。结果：观察组护理后转氨酶降至正常时间和住院时间均优于对照组，观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分明显优于对照组，经统计学分析，均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：在对慢性乙型肝炎患者降酶治疗中心理护理干预措施具有良好作用。
