目的：观察精神分裂症患者长期服用抗精神病药物对代谢的影响。方法：收治病程≥5年，长期服用抗精神病药物的精神分裂症患者100例(治疗组)与100例健康人(对照组)，将治疗组按病程分为＜10年(组1)，10～20年(组2)，＞20年(组3)3组，比较3组的体重指数、空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯，分析病程长短与各项指标之间有无关联。结果：①治疗组的体重指数、空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯与对照组相比，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。②治疗组3组的体重指数、空腹血糖、甘油三酯的差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；总胆固醇：组2明显高于组1，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；但组1和组3、组2和组3之间的差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：长期服用抗精神病药物会升高体重指数、空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯，对机体代谢有影响。病程20年患者的总胆固醇明显高于病程10年患者。%Objective:To observe the influence of Long-term use of antipsychotics in schizophrenic patients with metabolic. Methods:100 patients with schizophrenia and the course more than 5 years,long-term use of antipsychotics as the treatment group, 100 cases with healthy people as the control group.the treatment group were divided into three groups:the duration of the treatment group by less than 10 years(group 1),10 to 20 years(group 2),greater than 20 years(group 3).We compared body mass index, fasting glucose,total cholesterol,triglycerides of the three groups to analyze whether the association between duration of disease and various indicators.Results: ① The treatment group of body mass index,fasting blood glucose,total cholesterol, triglycerides,comparing with the control group,P<0.05,had significant difference.②The group 1,group 2,group 3 of body mass index,fasting glucose,triglycerides had no significant difference;total cholesterol of group 2 was significantly higher than group 1, P<0.05,there was statistically significant;but there were no statistically significant between groups 1 and 3,groups 2 and group 3. Conclusion:Long-term use of antipsychotics may increase body mass index, fasting glucose, total cholesterol,triglycerides,impact on metabolism.Duration of 20 years in patients with total cholesterol was significantly higher than in patients with disease duration of 10 years.
