桡骨远端骨折并桡腕关节脱位3种固定方式的疗效比较

摘要

目的：比较3种固定方式对桡骨远端骨折并桡腕关节脱位的疗效。方法：2012年2月-2014年2月收治桡骨远端骨折合桡腕关节脱位患者93例，回顾性分析临床资料，比较分别采用石膏固定、夹板固定、树脂绷带固定的骨折愈合时间、并发症、患者满意度。结果：3组均获得骨性愈合，树脂绷带固定组并发症发生率较高，3组患者满意度无明显差异。结论：针对桡骨远端骨折并桡腕关节脱位，3种固定方式各有其优缺点，最佳固定方式的选择受患者骨折严重程度、身体状况等因素的影响。%Objective:To compare the curative effect of three kinds of fixed form for radiocarpal joint dislocation combined distal radius fracture.Methods:The clinical data of 93 cases of patients with radiocarpal joint dislocation combined distal radius fracture from February 2012 to February 2014 were analyzed retrospectively and the fracture healing time,complications,and patient satisfaction of plaster cast and splint fixation,resin bandage fixation were compared.Results:The three groups had bony healing and the complications incidence of the resin bandage fixation group was higher and there was no difference of patients satisfaction among the three groups.Conclusion:In view of the radiocarpal joint dislocation combined distal radius fracture,three fixed forms had their advantages and disadvantages and the best way of fixed fractures was influenced by the factors such as patients’ severe degree and physical condition.
