多囊卵巢综合征内分泌紊乱患者胰岛素增敏剂治疗疗效观察

摘要

目的：了解多囊卵巢综合征内分泌紊乱患者胰岛素增敏剂治疗疗效。方法：2012年5月-2014年8月收治多囊卵巢综合征内分泌紊乱患者64例，随机分成对照组和试验组，对照组实施妈富隆＋戊酸雌二醇片＋枸橼酸联合疗法，试验组在对照组治疗基础上开展胰岛素增敏剂治疗，观察两组临床治疗效果。结果：试验组总有效率(96.88%)明显优于对照组(75.00%)，且1 h、2 h、3 h胰岛素、血糖及胰岛素抵抗指数均明显下降，差异具有显著统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：胰岛素增敏剂在多囊卵巢综合征内分泌紊乱临床治疗中具有重要的应用价值，疗效确切，安全指数高，改善胰岛素抵抗症，保证患者预后良好，临床上应引起足够重视。%Objective:To explore the curative effect of insulin sensitizing treatment for endocrine disorders in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:64 endocrine disorders in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were selected from May 2012 to August 2014.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated by marvelon+estradiol valerate tablets+citric acid combined therapy.The experimental group was treated with insulin sensitizing therapy based on the treatment in control group.We observed the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the total effective rate(96.88% ) was significantly better than the control group(75% ),and 1 hour,2 hours,3 hours insulin,blood glucose and insulin resistance index was decreased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of endocrine disorders in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, insulin sensitizing agents had important application value and the curative effect was accurate,safety index was high.It can improve insulin resistance syndrome,ensure good prognosis.It should cause enough attention.
