苯巴比妥、阿托品肌内注射致大泡性表皮松懈型药疹的护理

摘要

目的：探讨苯巴比妥、阿托品肌内注射致大泡性表皮松懈型药疹护理，为临床护理大泡性表皮松懈型药疹患者提供科学有效护理方法，从而提高护理质量，减轻患者痛苦。方法：对25例肌内注射苯巴比妥、阿托品致大泡性表皮松懈型药疹的患者，通过病情观察、用药护理、皮肤黏膜护理、口腔及眼部、外阴护理、饮食护理、心理护理、健康指导、及时有效控制了感染，预防并发症。结果：本组25例患者经过合理的护理干预，患者均痊愈出院，住院期间无并发症发生，护理效果显著。结论：在苯巴比妥、阿托品肌内注射致大泡性表皮松懈型药疹治疗过程中采取合理有效的护理干预，可以有效提高护理质量，减少并发症的发生，有效提高治疗效果。%Objective:To explore the nursing of phenobarbital,atropine intramuscular injection induced bullous epidermal lax type of drug eruption,to provide scientific and effective nursing method for clinical nursing of patients with bullous epidermal lax type of drug eruption,so as to improve the quality of nursing,to alleviate the suffering of patients.Methods:For 25 patients with phenobarbital,atropine intramuscular injection induced bullous epidermal lax type of drug eruption,through the disease observation,medication nursing,skin mucous membrane nursing,oral,eye and vulva nursing,diet nursing,psychological nursing and health guidance timely and effectively control the infection and prevente the complications.Results:25 patients in this group by reasonable nursing intervention were cured and no complications occurred during hospitalization,and the nursing effect was remarkable.Conclusion:In the treatment process of phenobarbital,atropine intramuscular injection induced bullous epidermal lax type of drug eruption,using reasonable and effective nursing intervention can effectively improve the nursing quality,reduce the occurrence of complications,and effectively improve the treatment effect.
