不同剂型雌激素在更年期患者激素替代治疗中的效果分析

Objective:To investigate the application effect of different forms estrogen in menopausal patients with hormone replacement therapy(HRT).Methods:96 patients of menopause were divided into A group and B group.According to treatment methods,there were 47 cases in the A group treated with oral administration of premarin tablets;49 cases in the B group were given premarin cream through the vaginal.Patients climacteric syndrome were evaluated before and after treatment by modified Kupperman scoring method.Results:After treatment Kupperman total score and the scores in two groups were lower than those before(P<0.05);after treatment,Kupperman total score of the A group was(31.25 ± 4.09),lower than that of the B group with(39.44 ± 5.08),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of depression,musculoskeletal pain and sexual pain in A group after treatment were higher than those in the B group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);12.77% of patients in the A group occured nausea or vomiting,and 10.64% had abnormal liver function,both were higher than that of the B group with 2.04% and 2.04% respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:Different dosage of HRT in treatment of menopausal patients has good clinical effect,so the treatment should be chosen according to the specific situation of patients in clinical.%目的：探讨不同剂型雌激素在更年期患者激素替代治疗(HRT)中的应用效果。方法：收治更年期患者96例，根据治疗方法分为 A 组和 B组，A 组47例，口服倍美力片治疗；B 组49例，通过阴道给予倍美力霜治疗。采用Kupperman改良评分法评估患者用药前后更年期综合征症状。结果：两组治疗后Kupperman总评分和各项评分均低于治疗前(P＜0.05)；A 组治疗后 Kupperman 总评分(31.25±4.09)低于 B 组治疗后(39.44±5.08)(P＜0.05)。A 组治疗后抑郁、骨关节肌肉痛和性交痛评分高于B组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；A组恶心/呕吐、肝功异常分别为12.77%和10.64%，高于B组2.04%和2.04%(P＜0.05)。结论：不同剂型雌激素治疗更年期患者均具有良好的临床效果，临床上应根据患者具体情况进行选择。
