运动康复治疗对冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者心功能改善效果分析

摘要

Objective:To explore curative effect and the cardiac function improved of exercise rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) combined chronic heart failure.Methods:70 cases of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) combined chronic heart failure from January 2013 to March 2014 were randomly divided into the observation group(36 cases) and the control group(34 cases).The control group were given the conventional treatment,and the observation group were given exercise rehabilitation on the basis of the conventional treatment.We compared the curative effect and the change of the indicators in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.2%;that of the control group was 79.4%;the difference was statistical significant(P<0.05).The indicators of the observation group were better than that of the control group,and the difference were statistical significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The conventional treatment combined exercise rehabilitation treatment could improve the clinical total effective rate of coronary heart disease combined chronic heart failure and improve the patient's heart function obviously,which was worthy of application and popularization in clinical activities.%目的：探讨运动康复治疗方案对冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效以及对其心功能改善情况。方法：2013年1月-2014年3月收治冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者70例，随机分为观察组(36例)与对照组(34例)。对照组给予常规治疗方案治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上再给予运动康复治疗，比较两组的临床疗效以及各项指标变化。结果：观察组临床总有效率97.2%，对照组临床总有效率79.4%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组临床各项指标情况优于对照组患者的临床各项指标情况，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：常规治疗联合运动康复治疗可以提高冠心病慢性心力衰竭的临床总有效率，明显改善患者的心功能，值得在临床活动中应用与推广。
