急性有机磷农药中毒抢救治疗中阿托品的应用体会

摘要

Objective:To explore the application of atropine in emergency treatment of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods:50 patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were selected from May 2012 to 2 May 014. According to the degree of poisoning,the patients were given different doses of atropine and pralidoxime for emergency treatment. We observed their curative effect.Results:After emergency treatment,47 cases(94% ) were cured;3 cases died,including 1 case died within 6 hours after giving up treatment by families.Conclusion:In acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning treatment, atropine must give adequate treatment according to the actual condition.It can obtain good therapeutic effect.%目的：探讨阿托品在急性有机磷农药中毒抢救治疗中的实际应用。方法：2012年5月-2014年5月收治急性有机磷农药中毒患者50例，根据中毒的程度使用不同剂量的阿托品和解磷定用量进行抢救治疗，观察他们的治疗效果。结果：经抢救治疗，治愈47例(94%)，死亡3例，其中1例为家属放弃治疗后6 h内死亡。结论：在对急性有机磷农药中毒抢救治疗中使用阿托品一定要根据实际病情给予足量治疗，才能取得良好的治疗效果。
