日常护理工作中风险管理方法及效果分析

         

摘要

Objective:To investigate the application effect of risk management in the daily nursing work.Methods:We randomly collected 900 inpatients before the institute of nursing risk management(January to December 2013)and other 900 patients after the risk management(January to September 2014) as the research object.We compared the clinical nursing quality before and after the risk management.Results:After carrying out the nursing risk management,the patient complaint rate and risk event rates were 1.22% and 0.67% respectively,which was significantly decreased than before the risk management 4.67% and 2.33%(P<0.05);the patient satisfaction after the risk management was 95.67%,which was significantly increased than before the risk management 85.44%(P<0.05);the nursing quality comprehensive score after the risk management was increased significantly than before the risk management(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the daily nursing work,the risk management is helpful to improve the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of patients,and reduce the risk of event occurrence rate and the rate of complaints of patients,so it is worthy of popularization and application.%目的:探讨风险管理在日常护理工作中的应用效果。方法:随机收集本院实施护理风险管理前(2013年1-12月)住院患者900例以及风险管理后(2014年1-8月)住院患者900例作为研究对象,比较风险管理前后临床护理质量。结果:开展护理风险管理后,患者的投诉率、风险事件发生率分别为1.22%、0.67%,较风险管理前的4.67%、2.33%显著降低(P<0.05);风险管理后患者的满意度为95.67%,较风险管理前的85.44%显著提高(P<0.05);风险管理后护理综合质量评分较风险管理前显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:在日常护理工作中开展风险管理有利于提高护理质量及患者的护理满意度,减少风险事件发生率以及患者的投诉率,值得推广应用。
