信息化管理在手术室绩效考核中的应用研究

             

摘要

目的:探讨信息化管理在手术室绩效考核中的应用效果。方法:选择手术室护士40名,分为两组。对照组给予传统考核方法,观察组给予信息化管理考核,比较两组考评结果。结果:观察组请假天数明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:信息化管理应用于手术室绩效考核可提高护士的积极性,保证了临床护理质量。%Objective:To explore the application effect of information management in the performance evaluation of the operation room.Methods:40 cases of nurses in the operation room were divided into two groups.The control group was given the traditional assessment methods.The observation group was given information management assessment.The evaluation results of the two groups were compared.Results:The number of leave days in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of information management in the performance evaluation of the operation room could improve the enthusiasm of nurses and ensure the quality of clinical nursing.
