Objective:To investigate the effect of immune regulation on the cellular immune function in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:60 cases of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given conventional anti-tuberculosis treatment.The observation group was given immune regulation treatment based on the control group.The levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ and proliferation of T cells in the two groups were compared.Results:The levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ in the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The proliferation ability of T cells and immune function in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Immune regulation therapy could improve the cellular immune function of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.%目的:探讨免疫调节治疗对肺结核患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:收治肺结核患者60例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规抗结核治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予免疫调节治疗,比较两组IL-2和IFN-γ水平及T细胞增殖情况。结果:观察组治疗后 IL-2、IFN-γ均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组T细胞增殖能力、免疫功能均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:免疫调节治疗能提高肺结核患者的细胞免疫功能。
