目的：对耳鼻喉急性感染及术后疼痛的临床治疗效果进行分析。方法：收治耳鼻喉急性感染及术后疼痛患者100例。随机平分为两组，对照组使用芬太尼透皮贴剂实施治疗，试验组使用扶他林实施治疗。对患者治疗实际效果进行验证，对两组患者不良反应情况进行比较、分析。结果：试验组治疗效果高于对照组；试验组不良反应率低于对照组。结论：耳鼻喉急性感染以及术后疼痛患者采用扶他林治疗效果理想，可取得良好的临床效果，药物不良反应发生率较低。%Objective:To analyze the clinical treatment effect of acute infection and postoperative pain of the ear nose and throat. Methods:100 patients with acute infection and postoperative pain of the ear nose and throat were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with transdermal fentanyl system.The experimental group was used votalin treatment.We verified the actual effect of the treatment of patients,compared and analyzed the adverse reactions of the two groups.Results:The treatment effect of experimental group was higher than that of control group.The adverse reaction rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:Votalin in the treatment of ear nose throat acute infection has good curative effect.Good clinical results can be achieved,and the incidence of adverse drug reactions is low.
