吡嘧司特钾片和曲尼司特片治疗支气管哮喘的效果及安全性

摘要

目的：探讨吡嘧司特钾片和曲尼司特片治疗支气管哮喘的效果及安全性。方法：收治支气管哮喘患者50例，分两组，对照组采用曲尼司特片治疗，观察组采用吡嘧司特钾片治疗。结果：观察组的总有效率92.00%、夜间喘息次数(2.14±0.11)次，显著优于对照组的总有效率56.00%、夜间喘息次数(5.37±1.28)次，观察组不良反应发生率8.00%，显著优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：吡嘧司特钾片治疗支气管哮喘不仅具有显著效果，而且安全性较高。%Objective:To discuss pemirolast potassium tablets and Tranilast tablets in the treatment of bronchial asthma effect and safety.Methods:50 patients with bronchial asthma were selected.They were divided into two groups,the control group was treated with Tranilast tablets treatment.The observation group were treated by treatment of Pemirolast potassium tablets.Results:The total efficiency of the observation group was 92.00%,the number of nocturnal wheeze was (2.14±0.11)times,which were higher than those in the control group[56.00% ,(5.37 ± 1.28)times].The occurrence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 8% , significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pemirolast potassium tablets not only has a significant effect of treatment of bronchial asthma,and high security.
