痛风降酸溶石汤联合保泰松治疗痛风性关节炎的临床有效性及安全性

摘要

目的：探讨痛风降酸溶石汤联合保泰松治疗痛风性关节炎的临床有效性及安全性。方法：收治痛风性关节炎患者86例，分两组。对照组采用保泰松治疗，观察组在此基础上加以使用痛风降酸溶石汤治疗。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、治疗前后视觉模拟疼痛(VAS)评分以及血清炎性因子变化情况。结果：与对照组比，观察组的总有效率较高、VAS评分较低(P＜0.05)。结论：痛风性关节炎采用痛风降酸溶石汤联合保泰松治疗效果显著，可减轻患者疼痛感，并改善患者血清SUA、CRP、ESA水平。%Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of Gout down acid-soluble stone soup combined with Bute therapy gouty arthritis.Methods:86 patients with gout arthritis were selected.They were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with phenylbutazone treatment.Patients in the observation group on the basis of this were given Gout down acid-soluble stone soup.The clinical therapeutic effect,visual analogue pain(VAS)score and the changes of serum inflammatory factors were compared between groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher,and the VAS score was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gouty arthritis with Gout down acid-soluble stone soup combined with Bute effect significantly can reduce the pain of patients,and improve the serum levels of SUA,CRP,ESA.
