慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者采用氧驱雾化吸入联合振动排痰的护理体会

摘要

目的：分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者选用氧驱雾化吸入联合振动排痰的护理效果。方法：收治AECOPD患者60例，分两组，各30例，对照组采用氧驱雾化法护理，观察组采用氧驱雾化+振动排痰法护理，于1个月后回访调查，对比两组患者护理效果。结果：观察组护理有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：氧驱雾化联合振动排痰法用于AECOPD患者护理效果更优。%Objective:To analyze the nursing effect of inhaling combined vibration sputum elimination in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD).Methods:60 patients with AECOPD were selected.They were divided into two groups,each of 30 cases.The control group using oxygen nebulizer nursing method.The observation group with oxygen atomization+vibration expectoration nursing.After 1 month follow-up survey,nursing effect of two groups was compared. Results:The effective rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of oxygen flooding atomization combined with vibration sputum discharge in AECOPD patients is better.
