早期胰岛素强化治疗新诊断2型糖尿病患者效果观察

摘要

目的：探讨早期胰岛素强化治疗新诊断2型糖尿病患者的效果。方法：收治初诊2型糖尿病患者288例，随机分为两组。对照组给予阿卡波糖治疗，研究组给予注射胰岛素治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的 FBR、2 hPG、HbA1c变化情况。结果：治疗后两组FBR、2 hPG、HbA1c均明显下降，研究组明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：早期胰岛素强化治疗新诊断2型糖尿病患者，能有效降低患者血糖。%Objective:To explore the effect of early intensive insulin treatment in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients. Methods:288 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given acarbose treatment.The study group was given injection insulin treatment.The FBR,2hPG and HbA1c changes of two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the FBR,2hPG,HbA1c of two groups were significantly decreased,the study group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early intensive insulin treatment in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients can effectively reduce the blood sugar.
