奥氮平联合氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症患者79例疗效观察

摘要

目的：探讨奥氮平联合氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症的临床效果。方法：收治难治性精神分裂症患者158例，随机分成观察组和对照组，对照组采用奥氮平治疗，观察组采用奥氮平联合氯氮平治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果：治疗后，观察组的量表评分和总有效率均明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：奥氮平联合氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症的疗效显著。%Objective:To explore the curative effect of olanzapine combined with clozapine in the treatment of patients with refractory schizophrenia.Methods:158 patients with refractory schizophrenia were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with olanzapine.The observation group was treated with olanzapine combined with clozapine.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,in the observation group,the scale score and the total effective rate were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of olanzapine combined with clozapine in the treatment of patients with refractory schizophrenia was significant.
