李友林教授论治特发性肺纤维化的临床经验

摘要

Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis with breathing difficulties,dry cough,fatigue as the main clinical manifestations,its morbidity and mortality rates showed a significant growth trend.Currently,there is no effective Western medicine treatment for this disease.Professor Li Youlin created a unique syndrome differentiation thinking and treatment rules based on the long-term treatment of lung diseases.My teacher selected the lung and spleen two dirty as the core,using"warm and humidify the lung,mildly regulating strengthen"for the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,the effect is remarkable.%特发性肺纤维化以呼吸困难、干咳、乏力为主要临床表现，发病率和死亡率呈现明显增长的趋势。目前西医对此病尚无有效的治疗手段。李友林教授基于对肺系疾病的长期治疗，创立出独特的脏腑辨证思维与治疗法则。吾师以肺脾两脏为核心，用“温润辛金、固本平调”法对特发性肺纤维化进行治疗，效果显著。
