羟氯喹联合甲氨蝶呤治疗活动性类风湿关节炎的疗效及安全性观察

摘要

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of hydroxychloroquine combined with methotrexate in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:40 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group with 20 cases in each group.The control group were treated with methotrexate treatment.The observation group used the combination of hydroxychloroquine and methotrexate treatment.Results:The observation group treatment effect was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of hydroxychloroquine combined with methotrexate in the treatment of patients with active rheumatoid arthritis is worthy of recognition,especially for possible clinical complications in patients with more efficient.%目的：探讨羟氯喹联合甲氨蝶呤治疗活动性类风湿关节炎的疗效及安全性。方法：收治活动性类风湿关节炎患者40例，分为对照组和观察组各20例。对照组单纯使用甲氨蝶呤治疗；观察组联合使用羟氯喹、甲氨蝶呤治疗。结果：观察组治疗情况优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：羟氯喹、甲氨蝶呤联合使用治疗活动性类风湿关节炎患者效果值得肯定，尤其对可能存在临床并发症的患者有效性更高。
