急诊内科昏迷患者68例临床分析

Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment experience of patients with coma in emergency internal medicine.Methods:The degree of coma in 68 cases of patients with emergency coma were determined and the appropriate rescue measures were put.Results:63 cases were rescued successfully and the success rate of treatment was 92.6%.Conclusion:Analysis of the causes of patients with coma and development of targeted rescue and treatment measures could improve the success rate of rescue.%目的：探讨急诊内科昏迷患者的临床特点和救治经验。方法：收治急诊昏迷患者68例，判定昏迷程度，制定相应的抢救措施。结果：抢救成功63例，救治成功率92.6%。结论：分析昏迷患者的发病原因、制定针对性抢救和治疗措施可提高抢救成功率。
