H型高血压在社区卫生服务中心的发病特点及小剂量叶酸在H型高血压中的应用效果

摘要

Objective:To investigate the characteristics of H type hypertension in community health service center and the application effect of low dose folic acid in H type hypertension.Methods:48 cases with H type hypertension patients were selected. They were divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with simple antihypertensive therapy,and the observation group was treated with small dose of folic acid.The clinical manifestations of the two groups after treatment were analyzed and compared.Results:Patients in the observation group after treated with low dose folic acid,homocysteine was(10.1± 1.8)μmol/L,and the control group was(13.1±0.7)μmol/L.Conclusion:The incidence of type H hypertension in middle-aged and elderly men is relatively large,and the disease seriously affects the patients' kidney function.In the treatment,we need to control the level of homocysteine.Taking a small dose of folic acid treatment effect is significant.%目的：探讨在社区卫生服务中心H型高血压的发病特点以及采取小剂量叶酸治疗的临床效果。方法：选取H型高血压患者48例，平分为两组，对照组采取单纯降压治疗，观察组采取小剂量叶酸，分析、比较两组患者治疗后临床表现。结果：观察组在接受小剂量叶酸治疗后，同型半胱氨酸(10.1±1.8)μmol/L，对照组(13.1±0.7)μmol/L。结论：中老年男性发生H型高血压的概率比较大，并且这种疾病严重影响到患者的肾脏功能。在治疗中需要控制同型半胱氨酸的水平，采取小剂量叶酸治疗效果显著。
