脑外科患者术后气管插管的护理观察探析

摘要

Objective:To explore the nursing of postoperative tracheal intubation in patients in department of cerebral surgery. Methods:108 patients in department of cerebral surgery were selected.They were given tracheal intubation.They were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group.The control group was given routine nursing.The intervention group added special nursing on the basis of routine nursing.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:In the intervention group,patients' satisfaction and sputum scab formation rate were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with tracheal intubation in department of cerebral surgery,special nursing was conducive to improve patients' satisfaction and reduce the formation rate of sputum scab.%目的：探讨脑外科患者术后气管插管的护理方法。方法：收治脑外科患者108例，均行气管插管，随机分为对照组和干预组，对照组采用常规护理，干预组在常规护理基础上加特殊护理，比较两组护理效果。结果：在干预组，患者满意度和痰痂形成率均明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：脑外科术后气管插管患者接受特殊护理，有利于提高患者满意度，降低痰痂形成率。
