常规西药加用地奥心血康软胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭55例临床观察

摘要

目的：观察常规西药加地奥心血康软胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法：收治慢性心力衰竭患者110例，随机分为两组。对照组给予常规西药治疗，研究组在对照组基础上给予地奥心血康软胶囊治疗，观察两组临床疗效、心脏功能。结果：研究组临床总有效率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗前后两组6MWT比较，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。研究组治疗后6MWT明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。两组治疗前后LVEF、LVEDd、SV、CI比较，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。研究组治疗后LVEF、LVEDd、SV、CI优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。两组治疗前后SF-36量表评分比较，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。研究组治疗后SF-36量表评分优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：常规西药加地奥心血康软胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效优于常规西药治疗。%Objective:To observe the clinical effect of routine western medicine combined with di'ao xinxuekang capsule in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods:110 cases of patients with chronic heart failure were divided into two groups randomly. The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the research group was treated with di'ao xinxuekang capsule on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect and cardiac function in the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference of 6MWT in the two groups between before treatment and after treatment (P<0.05).The 6MWT of the research group after treatment was superior to that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences of LVEF,LVEDd,SV,CI in the two groups between before treatment and after treatment (P<0.05).The LVEF,LVEDd,SV,CI of the research group after treatment were superior to those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference of SF-36 scale score in the two groups between before treatment and after treatment (P<0.05).The SF-36 scale score of the research group after treatment was superior to that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of routine western medicine combined with di'ao xinxuekang capsule in the treatment of chronic heart failure was superior to routine western medicine.
