超声诊断在老年退行性心脏瓣膜病中的应用价值研究

摘要

Objective:To explore the application value of ultrasonic diagnosis in senile degenerative heart valvular disease. Methods:79 cases of patients with senile degenerative heart valvular disease were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given routine CT scan.The observation group was given ultrasound examination.The diagnostic results of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The abnormal positive rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The accuracy rate of ultrasonic diagnosis of senile degenerative heart valvular disease was higher and the rate of failure was lower.%目的：探究超声诊断在老年退行性心脏瓣膜病中的应用价值。方法：收治老年退行性心脏瓣膜病患者79例，随机分为两组。对照组给予常规CT扫描，观察组给予超声检查，比较两组诊断效果。结果：观察组诊断总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组的异常阳性率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：超声诊断老年退行性心脏瓣膜病的准确率较高，失误率较低。
