无创通气联合纳美芬治疗老年COPD并发呼吸衰竭的临床疗效分析

摘要

Objective:To analyze the clinical application effect of noninvasive ventilation combined with nalmefene in the treatment of elderly chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) combined with respiratory failure.Methods:The patients with elderly COPD combined with respiratory failure were selected.According to the lottery,they were divided into the control group and the observation group with 20 cases.The control group was given noninvasive ventilation treatment.The observation group was given nalmefene treatment on the basis of noninvasive ventilation.The Blood gas detection index levels of two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the clinical curative effect of two groups were evaluated.Results:After treatment,the PaO2, PaCO2 level,clinical curative effect of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using noninvasive ventilation combined with nalmefene in the treatment of elderly COPD combined with respiratory failure can significantly improve the blood gas analysis index,relieve the clinical symptoms,conducive to promote the rehabilitation process.%目的：分析无创通气联合纳美芬治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)并发呼吸衰竭的临床应用效果。方法：收治老年COPD并发呼吸衰竭患者40例，按抽签方式分成对照组和观察组各20例。对照组给予无创通气治疗；观察组在无创通气治疗基础上应用纳美芬治疗。比较两组治疗前后血气检测指标水平，并评价两组临床疗效。结果：治疗后，观察组PaO2、PaCO2水平、临床疗效均优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：采用无创通气联合纳美芬治疗老年COPD并发呼吸衰竭患者可显著改善血气分析指标，缓解临床症状，有利促进康复进程。
