中西医结合加情志调摄法对卒中后焦虑抑郁共病患者SAS、SDS评分的改善作用

摘要

Objective:To explore the improvement effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine combination and emotional adjustment method on the SAS, SDS score of post stroke patients with comorbid anxiety and depression.Methods:120 patients with stroke were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 60 cases in each.The control group was given traditional Chinese and western medicine combination treatment.The observation group was given emotional adjustment method treatment on the basis of the control group.Results:The depression average scores and anxiety average scores of two groups were different(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of traditional Chinese and western medicine combination,the implementation of emotional adjustment method can improve the anxiety and depression scores of post stroke patients.%目的：探索中西医结合加情志调摄法对卒中后焦虑抑郁共病患者SAS、SDS评分的改善作用。方法：收治脑卒中患者120例，随机分为对照组和观察组各60例，对照组给予中西医结合治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予情志调摄法治疗。结果：两组的抑郁平均分数值、焦虑平均分数值差异均存在统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：在中西医结合基础上，实施情志调摄法，可改善患者卒中后焦虑、抑郁评分。
