雷贝拉唑与奥美拉唑对十二指肠溃疡患者的短期疗效

摘要

目的：探讨雷贝拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗十二指肠溃疡的短期疗效。方法：收治十二指肠溃疡患者114例，随机分为两组。对照组给予奥美拉唑治疗，研究组给予雷贝拉唑治疗，比较两组临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果：研究组总有效率98.25%，显著高于对照组的84.21%(P＜0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率5.26%，显著低于对照组的15.79%(P＜0.05)。结论：雷贝拉唑治疗十二指肠溃疡的疗效较显著，不良反应少。%Objective:To investigate the short-term effect of rabeprazole an omeprazole on patients with duodenal ulcer.Methods:114 cases of patients with duodenal ulcer were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with omeprazole, and the research group was treated with rabeprazole.The clinical effect and incidence of adverse reaction in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the research group was 98.25%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 84.21% (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was 5.26%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group 15.79% (P<0.05).Conclusion:Rabeprazole in the treatment of duodenal ulcer had obvious curative effect and little adverse reaction.
