利用微信对维持性透析患者进行延伸服务的体验

摘要

Objective:To explore the effect of extended service for maintenance dialysis patients by WeChat.Methods:70 patients with maintenance dialysis were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group was given the routine health education.The experimental group added extended health education by WeChat on the basis of routine health education.We compared the effect of two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the indexes were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the compliance of medication,diet and regular review was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of extended service for maintenance dialysis patients by WeChat was significant.%目的：探讨利用微信对血液透析患者进行延伸健康教育的效果。方法：收治长期透析患者70例，随机分为试验组和对照组，对照组采用常规健康教育，试验组在常规健康教育基础上加用微信进行延伸健康教育，比较两组的效果。结果：试验组各种指标明显高于对照组，服药、饮食、定期复查的依从性优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：利用微信对血液透析患者进行延伸护理的效果显著。
