中西医结合治疗盆腔淤血综合征临床疗效分析

摘要

目的：对中西医结合治疗盆腔淤血综合征的临床效果进行分析。方法：收治盆腔淤血综合征的患者90例，分两组，对照组仅服用甲孕酮，结合组在服用甲孕酮的基础上多服用一种自拟益气化瘀汤。结果：与对照组相比，结合组对于腹痛、痛经以及疲劳症状的改善有着十分明显的作用，经过治疗后，对两组患者进行对比发现其临床症状都有所改善。结论：利用中西医结合的方式对改善并治疗盆腔淤血综合征有着十分明显的作用，能够有效对盆腔淤血进行缓解。%Objective:To analyse the effect of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of pelvic congestion syndrome.Methods:90 patients with pelvic congestion syndrome were selected,they were divided into two groups,the control group only took medroxyprogesterone acetate and the combination group in taking on the basis of medroxyprogesterone acetate to take a Yiqi Huayu decoction.Results:Comparing with the control group,the combination group for abdominal pain,dysmenorrhea and fatigue symptom improvement has a very obvious role,after treatment,patients in the two groups compared found that the clinical symptoms were improved.Conclusion:Using the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine to improve treatment of pelvic congestion syndrome has a very significant role,can effective for pelvic congestion mitigation.
