男性阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者血清性激素水平的研究

摘要

目的：探讨男性阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者血清性激素水平。方法：收治男性阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者50例作为研究组，选择50例健康男性作为对照组，比较两组血清性激素水平。结果：研究组平均血氧、AHI显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。研究组黄体生成素、雌二醇、睾酮、催乳素水平显著低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：男性阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者血清性激素水平下降，影响患者的性功能。%Objective:To investigate the serum sex hormone levels in male patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.Methods:50 cases of male patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome were as the research group.50 cases of healthy men were as the control group.The serum sex hormone levels in two groups were compared.Results:The average blood oxygen and AHI in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of progesterone,estradiol,testosterone and prolactin in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The serum sex hormone levels in male patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome were decreased and which affected the sexual function of the patients.
