小剂量舒芬太尼复合罗哌卡因腰麻在高龄患者股骨近端防旋髓内钉术中的应用效果

摘要

目的：分析行股骨近端防旋髓内钉术高龄患者应用小剂量舒芬太尼联合罗哌卡因腰麻的效果。方法：收治股骨近端防旋髓内钉术治疗高龄患者137例，分为对照组61例和研究组76例，对照组给予罗哌卡因腰麻，研究组在此基础上联合小剂量舒芬太尼麻醉，对比两组的感觉阻滞时间及镇痛评分。结果：研究组感觉阻滞时间优于对照组(P＜0.05)；研究组不同时间段镇痛评分均优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：股骨近端防旋髓内钉术高龄患者应用小剂量舒芬太尼复合罗哌卡因腰麻不仅能有效延长感觉阻滞时间，还能提高镇痛效果。%Objective:To analyze the effect of small doses of sufentanil combined with ropivacaine lumbar anesthesia in elderly patients with proximal femoral anti rotation intramedullary nailing operation.Methods:137 elderly patients with proximal femoral anti rotation intramedullary nailing operation were selected.They were divided into the control group with 61 cases and the study group with 76 cases.The control group was given ropivacaine lumbar anesthesia.The study group was given small doses of sufent-anil anesthesia on this basis.The sensory block times and analgesia scores of two groups were compared.Results:The sensory block time of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The analgesic scores of different time periods in the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Small doses of sufentanil combined with ropivacaine lumbar anesthesia in elderly patients with proximal femoral anti rotation intramedullary nailing operation can not only prolong the sensory block time,but also improve the analgesic effect.
