At that, an arc-shaped bone autotransplant is modeled intraoperatively based on the defect size from the removed head and medial femoral neck, the bone autotransplant is placed tight to the prosthesis leg and fixed with a wire loop, applied over the greater trochanter in transosteal way.;EFFECT: stability of the proximal femur, as well as restoration of the gluteal muscles tension and prevention of femoral head dislocation, leg instability and early loosening of the endoprosthesis leg.;1 ex, 2 dwg
