不同剂量阿司匹林在急性脑梗死治疗中的疗效对比分析

Objective:To explore the effect of different doses of aspirin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:74 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 37 cases in each.The observation group was treated with aspirin,300 mg/time,1 time/day.The control group was treated with aspirin,100 mg/time,1 time/day.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,in the observation group, C reactive protein concentration,neurological impairment score,adverse reaction rate and the total effective rate of treatment were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of aspirin with 300 mg/time in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction was significant.%目的：探讨不同剂量阿司匹林治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法：收治急性脑梗死患者74例，随机分为观察组和对照组各37例，观察组采用阿司匹林治疗，300 mg/次，1次/d，对照组采用阿司匹林治疗，100 mg/次，1次/d，比较两组治疗效果。结果：治疗后，在观察组，C反应蛋白浓度、神经功能缺损评分、不良反应发生率和治疗总有效率均明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：300 mg/次阿司匹林治疗急性脑梗死的疗效显著。
