分析外科洗手后两种干手处置的手卫生监测

摘要

Objective:To monitor hand hygiene condition of two kinds of dry hands after surgical hand washing.Methods:Spot check operation doctor and operation room hand washing nurse before and after surgical hand washing,dry hand disposal of a total of 182 people.Results:There was no significant difference in the results of hand hygiene monitoring after the use of small towel dry hands and disposable medical dry hands(P>0.05).Conclusion:To strengthen the management of hand hygiene of medical staff in hospital,to ensure the safety of medical treatment.%目的：监测外科洗手后两种干手处置后手卫生状况。方法：抽查手术医生及手术室洗手护士外科洗手前及洗手后进行干手处置共182人次。结果：采用无菌小毛巾擦干手及采用一次性医用干手纸巾擦干手后，手卫生监测结果差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：加强医院内医务人员手卫生管理，确保医疗安全。
